aux/acpi: use ACPI 2.0 64-bit pointers for power off ACPI 2.0 introduced 64-bit pointers for the PM1a, PM1b, GPE0 and GPE1 registers. They can now be in system memory, on the embedded controller, or as io ports with varying register widths. This should fix many systems where ACPI shutdown failed previously.
