document BUILD_ALLEGRO4, name correct defaults Added to the build documentation the supported, but undocumented build flag "BUILD_ALLEGRO4". Determined the defaults (e.g., without arguments, cmake builds DUMB as a static library, not dynamic) and added them to the build documentation.
