copies files from the file tree

to a the
.IR sacfs (4)
file system archive

The files and directory structure are divided into
.I blocksize
(default
.BR 4096 )
byte blocks.
Larger blocks make large files more compact but take longer to access.
.I Blocksize
must be at least 116.
If
.B -u
is given, the blocks are not compressed.
Otherwise each block is compressed using an efficient compression algorithm.
